In my opinion the build lacks Cooldown Reduction and Armor. I'd look into replacing one of the items you have with a Frozen Heart.

Just a quick question: why take Scout instead of Runic Affinity? Other than that the incomplete guide looks fairly decent.

Don't know if i quite agree with the build, but your title was so funny, I had to read the whole thing.

i like it, the objects you use are more or less the ones i use. But i don't agree with level your ulti the last, at least level it before the "E". I level it in the normal way (lvl 6, 11, 16) but i gonna prove to level it after the "Q" and the "W"
i don't going to vote your guide until you improve your guide a litle, but i like it (needs an explanation of the habilities, the combo, what do early, mid and late game... you know)
