Also, another hint. ALWAYS explain your runes and masteries, and in detail why they are the way they are. Someone's not going to see your reasoning, regardless of how well the runes actually work, and downvote you for what isn't necessarily a bad idea.

Anyway, mixing runes is a bad idea and there is also too much missing. And please run this through a spell checker , you must do so.
