Where is Deathfire Grasp since it's a burst build?

The main reason why I don't get liandries is due to the fact that it's passive gives damage over time. The item works really well with your R, but this is a burst build, and we want that quick burst. I guess you could go Liandries against hp tanks. Nashor's give you that 15% ap per auto, which adds damage you your 2 autos. The DFG would give the best burst, but I prefer zhonya.

Not getting liandries on teemo is silly. Also, nashors is more of a sustained damage item wrather than a burst item, look into DFG if you want tons of burst.
