mh, i tend to build hourglass as first item, because when you jump in with 
Crowstorm, the focus will be on you. you are the biggest thread and have to be eliminated within 3 seconds. when you see your HP going down, use HG and you are done with all trouble. And fiddle just HAS to jungle. he is fast, durable and has pretty ganks. Besides he is the only ap jungler. compared to this, fiddle on lane is an easy enemy.
