i strongly disagree with your rune selection. Having AD marks is a much better idea because his strength is not auto attacking an opponent quickly (he has a relatively low base damage). There is an advantage I guess by stacking bleed on your opponent but the enemy will most likely dish out much more damage in that time.
His bleed has also been brought down a bit now, this is something to look at aswell, thanks!
