2nd build EVA. If I have some spelling errors please dont critizise me and if i forgot something please tell me. no pictures here srry. ( im lazy so my words will be in text form)

Pro

-awesome harraser
-utl can attack every1
-can gank / survive them
-low cooldown utl

Cons

-squishy if not built right
-usually aimed
-long cooldowns

Lucent Singularity - you want to max this first becuz its a great harrasment + it slows them

Light Binding - next is this becuz when you use Lucen Singularity u want to make sure you get hit by it

Prismatic Barrier - this helps later in the game for team fights so you want to max it out later

Marks - magic pentration to break your enemies magic resist
Seal - you get mana hungry sometimes if your a harres
Glyph - more Ap means more kills
Quint - more ap ^^

recomended

Teleport - to get in a lane or backdooring
Clarity - mana hungry early game.... it's not very usefull later game though but good =P
Flash - good to get away / kill some1 if you missed your stun

If Wanted

clarivoyance - you are a support =P
Ghost - replacement for Flash
Cleanse - if u can't aim for stun when ganked
Ignite - get the job done
Heal - if u are going to die alot
Exhaust - u still have ur stun and slow O_O

Not Needed

Fortify - for tank
Smite - not a jungler
Revive - u can w8 right?
Rally - no
