Runes

Greater Mark of Alacrity x9 for attack speed
Greater Glyph of Focus x9 ever hate waiting for a spell?
Greater Seal of Alacrity x9 for more attack speed

by hitting more often you do more damage and as a result gain more life from lifesteal.

ive made a change, doing more alacrity, so that you can deal as a minimum 2.0 attacks per sec

Items

well my last game was awsome, so awsome i dont remember my stats in game but ill go off what the site gives me. so i have just redone the purchase order and the mastery tree. i want some armor and life so taht is why you have some defense stuff, and i like using exhaust and ignite now, to really put the finishing touches on the enemy champs. i know in the purchase order that you will have 1 to many items, but at the end you switch out the boots for the last item, trinity force. it gives you more bonuses and a possible slow on your basic attacks, also giving you some attack dmg, health and mana. cus when i get in the killing zone i run out of mana quick, the only basic attacks i remember is when i was takin out their base, i was doin 450 about twice a sec. i dotn think it lets u crit on it.

Summary

I have been using the android app LOL Dictionary to help me build the champion before here, with this build you end up with (complements of LOL Dictionary, and all stats are for lvl 18) 2098 health 18.2 health regen/5 sec 860 Mana 2.115 attack speed 295 dmg (i realized they dont include the swords maxed out so more like 412 dmg) crit chance 60% armor 88.5 life steal 48% (with swords maxed with that stat we did in masteryies 78%) cool down reduct 5.85% movement speed is 697.2 so you can catch all the run-a-ways. this is my first build, please comment and vote on it

Pros / Cons

Pros

You can deal about 1k-2k dmg per sec (depending on crits)
when attacking you can gain your life back, making it so you can finish off a tower, (easier if you have the heal summoner spell)
your speed helps you catch a fleeing champ to finish em off. or if you are getting ganked you can use your speed and the ability Equilibrium Strike to slow them, for you to flee safely and change the tides of war. once i got 28 kills and 4 deaths in a bot game. such results are not expeted

Cons

You have lower life, so if you are not attacking to regain the life lost in a champ battle, then you have a good chance of dying,
your speed can separate you from the minions or the fellow bots/champs following you
