The reason I call it this is because this seems to be the only good build ever for Jarvan, every other Jarvan build made people terrible and I was hoping to make the Jarvan community better so I don't have to deal with any terrible Jarvans. :)

Pros:
Lots of damage output
Tanky - can take a lot of damage
Can block other champions from killing your team
Knock ups
Team buffs
Shield that slows
Good escape mechanism

Cons:
Can trap others in ultimate
Not much range
I can't really think of any cons to Jarvan because it's really hard to die as him. :)

Avoid trapping people in your ultimate, defend the squishies with your knock-up, grab escapers with your knock-up, Jarvan is pretty easy to play you'll master him quick :D

Runes -
Armor pen is AMAZING for Jarvan it makes him destroy squishies like they were nothing.
Once again armor pen is amazing for Jarvan
Jarvan runs out of mana quickly if you use his spells frequently, so this is an AMAZING rune to take.
Jarvan has a low base magic resist, so extra magic resist is a really good idea for this build.

Lets get to summoner spells shall we?

Wow this spell is amazing for Jarvan; anyone even, the ability to ult someone and flash out if you're in danger is amazing. DEFINITELY GET THIS!

Theres nothing like being fed early game like ignite, ignite helps you seal the kill early game and destroy people throughout the game, get this summoner skill.

I don't use this, but that's just me, whenever i use teleport I always teleport to my death, I think summoner spells that would help you out in combat are better.

This isn't a jungle build fool.

You aren't a support. Unless if support is destroy the enemy team. :)

You won't even need to use it.

If you like it better than flash I guess, but you'll stay alive longer using flash.

You have a knock - up and a shield that slows, you don't need this :)

Dragon Strike
MASSIVE DAMAGE, AND DECREASES THEIR ARMOR, if you wanted to kill someone, I would recommend using this

Shield yourself and slow nearby enemies, i love you. Great combo with demacian standard / dragon strike

Get at levels 4 10 13 15 17
Demacian Standard
Increased attack speed, and you can pull yourself toward it? I think you'll need this :)

Get at levels 2 8 12 14 18
Cataclysm
Quite a bit of damage, and the ability to block someone off in a team fight, amaaaaazingggggggggg, this will help you get kills the ENTIRE GAME max it out as soon as you can.
