other items offer the same attack speed and other stats for the same price or far less, it's buff really doesn't pay off in the long run. Also Jinx has amazing wave clear to start with
So one different item may work out better is a Static Shiv like the Hurricane it also helps out with wave clear but gives better stats that complement with the Infinity Edge or Phantom Dancer + it's a little cheaper and you are only losing 30 attack speed but gaining so much more.
But I like your use of coding for the most part, with a little touch up this could be a great guide.
And one more thing maybe 21/9 masteries would be better Veteran really helps out
