I'd like to know how you expect the mid to pull when it doesn't work like that in S3. Also using anything other than AA's drains his mana like nothing else. The blue buff simply doesn't give him enough mana. Ideally this could only be used with a tanky top, mid and a beefy supp.

cant counter jungle, but still i was amazed by the fact that ap champion can jungle and even more if you have blue on stronger camps you can use your togle skill what makes karthus clear jungle almost as fast as best junglers

good guide. very well put but I don't agree with some of the item choices.

first off I think flat AP runes are better to help you clear your first wave through which is where karthus has a hard time clearing, try those out if you get a chance.

also, I don't really see the need to take philosopher's stone. I think if you're itching for sustain I would get doran's personally. you can clear the camps so fast with the added AP and you can use defile more because of the mana regen on the doran's and lets not forget about the extra health

and lastly, I think jungle karthus should look to buying rylais. it really makes your ganks powerful with the slow and none of the stats are wasted. your build looks more advanced and a lot of people (like myself) aren't used to jungling with someone as squishy as karthus and ryali's would make ganks pretty fool-proof with the aoe chase slow
