This works perfectly!!
I started doing this a while back and found out it was very effective, you were getting underestimated and the ganks were easy when they were pushed in. Also at the end you get lots of damage and can easily make the little extra required in a Teamfight.

you start off with your Dolan´s ring and head for bluebuff, you want to place the turret so it does not pull the buff and so close that it will not reset when it gets the aggro. It will eventually die and leave you to tank, but fear not you are able to tank the rest of it.

when you are heading over to wolf and the other camps, the faceroll starts, you just put out your turret and make sure the whole camp gets hit by the grenade, hit the big one 2-3 times and move on leaving the turret to pick up the rest. continue on like this and when u get your smite again do red, keep on farming till good ganking opportunity´s are found and be as annoying as u manage. your enemy´s are gonna underestimate you so your first ganks will be easier. Also you use ghost for more mobility and giving you the oppertunity to place the turrets between them and their turrets.
