Good guide! :] Stylistically, you could use with more colors. And in paragraphs: translates to Warwick. Good to use, 'cuz with the picture things, there's an awkward space in the middle. :] Colors help make things stand up. Lists are nice. like this: is:

and centers stuff. You can use it with codes and pictures to make cool title things. :] Also, finishing your build at the top is good. I hardly think that wit's end you be your last item. (btw, not sure about wit's end. Everything else looks pretty good).
As far as runes go, alacrity seals and glyphs are probably not your best bet. They are secondary runes, so they give quite minimal attack speed. I'd run defense seals (zomg they help so much), and maybe... mr per level blues? Also, I think atk speed reds and armor pen quints give more than atk speed quints and armor pen reds? Don't hold me to that, but it's worth checking out. I don't play ww, but that's my impressions. But the information looks sound otherwise! Keep it up!
