What I changed are runes and items that do not exist anymore. The guide itself stayed almost the same so if you found a mastery you like, you can just keep on like you did before :)

First of all thank you very much fpr your feedback. I am sorry to dissapoint you but I won't make a top guide because I S*ck at top :D. I thought about making other sup guides for unusual supports (like Shen, Pantheon, Maokai, etc.) because I absoloutly love to play these.
In terms of your first question I would say that Poppy isn't overwhelmingly good at the moment but still not bad. I would recommend you to try it in a normal once or twice before playing ranked but overall Poppy support (especially with the new runes) is not bad at all.
