Farming

You need to farm a lot, pick up E Skill first to get more money, you should stay in lane all the time.

Summoner Spells

You can subistitute Ghost or Flash by Ignite but I don't recommend because at the end you sell your boot to get one more Bloodthrist.

You can subistitute Ghost by Exhaust Too, I don't recommend because Exhaust isn't good as Ghost to escape.
