I Go Dark Harvest in games where ik i can snowball or have a good chance to do it.

First strike is for the games where its hard to gank enemy lanes. So i pref this for the slower games where u scale up by farming and getting some free kills with r + first strike.

As jgl always cheapshot.

In lane i prefer taste of blood because of the sustain. U can go for cheap shot if u got an heavy cc support such as leona and naut, Cheap shot is more burst but u sacrifice some sustain. In my imo taste is better as a laner.
