Hes NOT a carry unless you go with Hybrid, your build is 1 hybrid item and else entirely AP.
Magic penetration is the better choice for marks, especially with your item build.
Energy is, in teamfights, often a Con rather than a Pro.
Seals and Quintessences would be better to have as health per level and flat health instead of AP.
Consider Ghost or flash.
For Kennen to be a "great initiater", you need more tanky items(possibly), a possible 9/21/0 build, and Seals and quintessences as Health.
And one last thing, Don't commerce your build on other builds, its really rude.
