Electrocute is good on kennen because you can have lots of damage with it. i chosed ultimate hunter because cooldown on kennens ult is very usefull. Because if you got 40% cooldown reduction and have all ultimate hunter stacks you can ult once a 54 seconds. and i skipped hextech protobelt 1 is because banshee's veil is more usefull, because it had Cooldown, more ability power then protobelt 1, and some magic resistance. zhonya's hourglass is usefull because it gives armor, cooldown and 75 abilty power. i got the boots of ionia for more cooldown.
