It's about Shaco as you can see.
About the items:
Sheen is good for your boxes..and your knife.
For the beginning it's enough AP.
Lifesteal, attack Damage and critcal Hit is the sense of the build.
You play it like this:
Jump behind the enemy, attack first time, throw knife and jump (if ready) before him and attack again from behind, throw knife and so on.
I don't use the runes (not enough influencepoints :( ) but it also works fantastic.
