Champion Build Guide
Why should I use this build?
It serves as a last resort if your team completely lacks a tank. Or simply if you want to try out something new and fun! :)
Why these items?
Main Items
1. Trinity Force
This item prevents you from dying in early fights and makes up for the lack of attack speed.
2. Black Cleaver
To ensure we still deal decent damage against tanky targets.
3. Hullbreaker
Gives you bonus damage every 5th attack by scaling off Health and AD. Combined with the Demolish rune, it allows you to melt through towers extremely fast.
4. Runaan's Hurricane
One of the core items in this build. Since it fires +2 additional bolts per attack, it lets you fully stack both Hullbreaker and Black Cleaver instantly in teamfights.
5. Overlord's Bloodmail
A non-negotiable staple as it grants AD based on your max Health. The bonus 12% AD scaling when low on Health is especially crucial during ultimate-heavy fights.
6. Sterak's Gage
Best taken as a last item since it scales off Base AD. It also keeps you alive with a massive shield when you are about to die.
Situational Items
1. Heartsteel
A great option when paired with Runaan's Hurricane, as it allows you to stack from up to 3 enemies simultaneously. However, your damage output will be very low in the early game.
2. Titanic Hydra
A strong choice thanks to its Health-scaling bonus damage. Paired with Runaan's Hurricane, it feels like triggering the effect 3 times at once.
3. Chempunk Chainsword
Against champions with high life steal or healing.
4. Eclipse
A viable pick if the enemy team has high-health champions.
5. Edge of Night
Ideal against champions who rely on initiating with high-impact ult combos—especially useful against Malphite.
6. Endless Hunger
For players who need Omnivamp.
7. Guardian Angel & Jak'Sho, The Protean
Can be built to cap off your Armor needs.
Why these runes? (main)
1. Grasp of the Undying
For extra max Health and trading damage.
2. Demolish
To tear down towers rapidly.
3. Bone Plating
To avoid getting burst down instantly by champions like assassins.
4. Overgrowth
To permanently gain max Health as you farm minion waves or jungle camps.
2.1. Coup de Grace
To stop enemies from escaping on 1 HP (even if that rarely happens).
2.2. Legend: Alacrity
To help alleviate the lack of attack speed in our build.
Good luck and have fun to anyone trying out this build!
