I prefer more extreme build)) without defense at all
your start is great but after archangel take Rabadon's Deathcap and Void Staff and then max AP (sonya is also good)

CDR is not needed at all - just spam your ULT! 200 mana - no matter mana is not a problem

but this build has no defense - jsut need to play safely and attack from distance

my only correction is instead of cleanse get Clairvoyance and keep your distance. like this you know where they are so you can easily void ooze em or ult at em otherwise great build.

But his ulti kinda is and isn't actually due to the fact that you can't spam it , because it's like Kassadin's Riftwalk , if you use more in a few seconds, the mana is increased more and more , so technically you'd be wasting mana if you keep spamming it.

His ulti is his best source of damage : ultra long range , low cost AND it deals more PERCENT of damage to champions but this build isnt very good . Rylai is too late , wrong choice of survivability and too little damage output .

im changed the items and glyphs cause u get cd reduction from frozen heart

I've had a lot of success with a very similar build, I have to say that even though I love most of HeAt's guides the mana regen + AP stacking in your build makes more sense to me than the HP stacking in his. Anyway, just an observation. The Kog rocks!

I tried this build, and it doesn't work whatsoever. You're items give you **** hp and ap. I mean seriously that makes me so much more gankier than ever LOL.
