Something that's not very famous but works crazy well.
The objective of this build is to abuse your Q interactions, mana back and half cooldown on kill, and heal. This is very good agaisnt manaless champions that constant poke you, (Zed, Yasuo) and even stronger agaisnt champions that actually use mana.
It's really a fool's proof build because even if you suck at last hitting, your Q will give you a huge help and heal you on top, so it litteraly outsustains 90% of the mids.
Endless sustain, tanky stats and huge burst on low cooldowns, that's all the Korean Spellvamp Annie is about!
