This is a sustainable build as it give you a large amount of health, But my runes, Masteries, and items early game make you quite the glass cannon and if you can pull a good rotation off at level 6 you will be able to 1 hit, or get them very low. Follow the build and you should do well. Oh! and with farming, because you've maxed your E Farming should be simple.
