This is the best Veigar support guide I think I've read. You've clearly thought thoroughly through every item and gameplay decision. The only things I would say to improve are to make it a littler prettier to read (along with working out a few typos). I would recommend jhoijhoi's "How to Make a Guide a Guide." It has a lot of cool and creative ideas to make a guide pleasurable to look at. The other thing is that the content is so well thought out that I want to know more! and the guide itself isn't very long. For example, based on the explanation of your boots I can understand the Shurelya's purchase, but it'd bee cool to have a more fleshed out explanation as to why I should take that item in particular.

But like I said the guide is awesome! Keep it up to date, because it is one that is worth learning. Imma definitely try this build out and see how it works!
