Yeah, I prefer Teleport myself due to that I find LeBlanc as a kind of combo-and-run champion. Thats only my opinion though, I find it kind of weird to place [[Ignite] in it.

Good build, Only concern I have is the lack of ignite to counter some mid lane champs.
