Leblanc the Unstopable Beast
She can easily turn fight to her way . Most times u dont even have to juke people , because u have SO MUCH MOBILITY from your W + R combo and u are already 1000000000 miles away and out of danger. U can use that combo neither to chase or escape bad situations. Her E can also help her chase or escape and her Q ofc for the big dmg. She has very little counters , because even if she gets CC she can still escape thank's to her W and E.
She can also make a lot of succefull roams thank's to her high mobility , CC and dmg. The only bad think i find on LB is the fact that she is pretty bad at farming , especially in the early game , where u must not waste a lot of your mana. Thats the reason u MUST MAX W so u can wave clear in the early game
