i dont know what to say honestly. but since you asked for criticism i might give you some:
runes: looks fine but movement quints might work out better. dont know much about runes, sry
masteries: you should really get butcher in the offense tree and tough skin + bladed armor in the defense tree
items: dont get wriggles, just get madreds. if you really need wards get sightstone. if you really need lifesteal just get a vampiric scepter. from the four midgame items you give i'd only get brutalizer every game, the others are situational. there are way more item choices like getting last whisper or rushing spirit of the elder lizard instead of wriggles/madreds. also mercurial scimitar and maw of malmortius are rather offensive items than defensive items. i am also not sure if black cleaver is a good item.
i suppose the rest of the guide is some kind of lame joke.
