You wanna start out boots 3 pots then you can grab 2 dorans blades first time back or a brutaliser and phage the build into the main items ninja tabi (or merc treads) frozen malet, black cleaver, bloodthirster, maw of malmortilus and zephyr for the tenacity, move + attack speed and little extra damage.
