This build/set-up is meant to let you do a lot of damage, really quickly, and kill everything in your path. If you don't get 12 or more kills, you are doing something wrong. The items all come together to make Xin as powerful, and as quick as possible. The goal is to run in, kill their weakest, then attack everything around you, and kill whoever is there. Good Luck.

As for items, I usually start with Vampiric Scepter for jungling. He already has a good amount of attack speed when you level his W at level 1, so matched with his passive lifesteal, you are pretty safe in the jungle. From there, get berserker greaves, then turn the vamp scepter into wriggles, it helps with jungle, dragon and baron. After that rush a black cleaver as soon as you can, it is your main damage item, with the bonus attack speed helping as well. After that, you want sustain, so get a Phage, and asap turn it into a frozen mallet, it gives you the bonus health, and CC that you lack when your skills are on cooldown. After that, a phantom dancer for more attack speed and crit damage, also the movement speed buff is nice as well. After that, finish with a wits end for more MR, and magic damage so they can't completely shut you out with armor. And with that, you should be nearly unstoppable.

This is a jungler build. Start at blue, wolves, wraiths, red, gank, then just run around and kill wherever the jungle is open, and gank when possible. I went 10-0 as jungle Xin Zhao with this build and set up. Let me know if you top that.
