Get shield and fire first so you can start harrassing them better and more effectively at lvl 2 If you want safe farm then go shield first, if your confident get fire.

Definately upvoting, but your descriptions are very boring to read through try adding pictures for items and things.

Hextech Revolver instead of just saying Hextech revolver

your list doesnt work and correct the mistakes that you use armorpen marks please ;)

try out 9/21/0 masteries, besides for a nice magic penetration in offense tree and 4% less taken dmg and Ardor in defense tree, providing tankiness and damage ;) you can also take a comparing look at my guide but i give you a +1 for this so far
