I play Fizz so I can do a lot of damage, but still be able to survive in any fight. By main lvling his W it helps me to harass a lot early game. Be sure to use your E to dodge any large scail attack, or to run away

Runes

I use the magic pen reds so i can do even more damage with my abilities early and late game.

The ability power per lvl yellows/blues is so i can get a large amount of ap late game, and still have enough ap to do a lot late game.

The quints are so i can get into and out of fights. Since he is melee it gets hard to chase down your opponent so you can ensure a kill.
