So basically this is what i build for lulu support and these items are my final build , as for the skill allocation just max out first as quickly as you ca followed by a balanced skill point allocation between Help Pix and Polymorph ..
if you want to make Lulu mid, then focus in creating Wits End first and then Berserker's Greaves followed by Guinsoo's Rageblade and Nashor's Tooth as for the last item You can add any other item you like but I prefer Infinity Edge or Rabbadons Deathcap :))
