build isnt the best i ever seen, pros and cons aren't beating...

You could really use more explanation to why you choose the things you do in this build. A really good build will give explanations for everything. Items, summoner spells, masteries, runes, skill order, etc. This link should help you improve your guide. Also, I think if you get a Rod of Ages, you'll want it before a Deathcap, so that it's bonuses can cap as early as possible.

Why Rod of ages so late? At this stage Rylai's Scepter would be a better choice, isn't it (give the fact that you are looking for an item that will continu to boost your AP and that will give you some HP)?

What are these runes? standard ones (for AP) are Greater Mark of Magic Penetration, Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power and Greater Quintessence of Ability Power...

I dont say these ones doesnt work, but they are uncommon and only few players have these...
