I'm on the fence with this build. I've been trying to find a good build for an AP Support Lulu, but this one doesn't seem like it'd do me much good. My main problem is that there are number of items with CD that adds up to 80%, which is completely useless since CD is capped at 40%. Once you have the Ionian boots, Shurelya's Reverie really should be the next thing to build, for it's CD and it's active.
Well, I'm not gonna sit here and pretend to know a lot about making guides or builds, but I'd say you should at least know the stat caps before making one. Building 80% of a stat that's capped at 40% is really just plain stupid if the items don't have other amazing attributes.

Looks like a solid guide, but if theyre backdooring, the support is NOT the person to go there to stop them. Just saying.

No offense, but you should read jhoijhoi Making A Guide. It's great to use, because the only thing i can see in this guide is a wall of text, which is not interesting to read.
