I stumbled across your guide today. You've got a pretty good one there. :]
Personally, I'd add some more counters / match ups but that's really up to you.
I like to play Lulu with Font of Life instead of Bone Plating, because Font of Life is like having some extra life steal. I just happened to find out that it works best for me.
