Hello, i am going to introduce you Lulu.

In my opinion Lulu can troll enemy in lot of ways and it realy is fun to play, my build is not made to explain how you have to play, how you have to outzone enemies, there are tons of those guides already, i am realy sorry, but i do NOT have that much time to write that much specific guide which you could use as learning "base".

As Lulu you can: Slow, Hex, dmg your opponenst, or boost, shield and support your teammates like a boss.

I use runes for gold generation, in my opinion, that is what is your goal as support(Don't steal any kills, but still have lot of gold by assists + Gold/sec items) With those runes you will have another gold and you will have your supportive items way faster than before.

If you prefer mana regeneration runes, get them they are also realy good :)

I don't think so there is much to say about masteries.. I choosed some i think are the best for Lulu and that's all.. If you wish you can change them as you want.

This way of items i wrote is kinda good for most combination of heroes, my guide will not be seen by lot of people, and i know it will suck.. Becose i am not going to invest my time into it, but still you can try atleast itembuild, if you are not totaly dumb, and if you have "knowhow" you will pwn!

if you don't get mana regeneration runes you should get the
Clarity, if you take them chose wisely: Heal, or Teleport, depends on your playstyle, but keep your Flash...
