That's my first build ever.
I had a very short time to build it, so the build isnt perfect.

PROS~
TANK
High damage early game

Can make the whole enemy team go airborne (AWESOMENESS +100)

CONS~
You wont make a 60/0 frag, because you are the tank, so, you will do LOTS of assists, but this aint a problem for you. Last day I finished a game with 10/5/40 frag. I wasnt mad. Actually, that was pretty funny to make everyone JUMP AROUND while my team done the rest of the job.

"WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT CLARITY IN A TANK?"
Calm down, buddy. Taking clarity, you can spam your skills, principally your 1st skill. And btw, clarity's useful for everyone, not just for you. =]

And, you can use your flash to start the team fights, or, just for running from your enemies when your HP is low.

This build is meant to be a nice tanking build. You wont have lots of HP, because I dont recommend you buyin a Warmog's. But you'll be very useful for your team. Believe me.

Oh, I won't give you an extremelly detailed guide, because I believe you need to make your own tatics. A champion guide never worked for me, you need to practice with a champion to play well, and reading a web page will not help you.
