There are 7 items in the build. That is in case if u dont play with Snowball item, the rest 6 items is the ones to use.
Ofc, the last 3 are adjustable on what u meet, as always, but I generally prefer Deathfire Grasp size for not just the active but also the CD. If there arent as many High HP characters, this items should be longer back in the list or replaced with Morello's Evil Tome.
Zhonya's Hourglass is great, and is the item that should be used before Deathfire grasp, especially if u dont use the active on Deathfire.

Always skill up malefic visions first if u go 2 vs 1 lane. In high levels u can hold the lanes for a very long time by your self, and at lvl 3 of the skill, and maybe one small item u should be able the vlear out the minions pretty quick.
