Your Ignite spell has a shorter range than your ult. It might be that when you're melting their face with Nether Grasp that you're a little far off from your Ignite's range. Try to get a little closer to your target when you cast your ult so that when you cast Ignite it won't break your hold on them. I hope this helps.

Yes, you are able to cast ignite without breaking Nether Grasp. For maximum damage, make sure you cast Malefic Visions and drop Null Zone under him first before casting Nether Grasp. And then cast Ignite. That should almost guarantee you a kill.

I was tempted to downrate since the guide is so sparse (i.e. more details please!), but the friendly tone kept me from pulling the trigger. Still, this could really stand to be fleshed out. Try offering more explanation for your suggestions, possible replacements for items, etc.
