Pros:
massive health regen
awesome movement speed
great lane sustain
and extremely hard to kill

Cons:
there really are none the only one people may complain about is that you have no ap but i still pull off loads of kills in team fights and have solo'd received a quadra almost a pentakill

up to you on what spells you get not really any bad way to go. i use exhaust for when im waiting on my wrap cd or when in a team fight on the dps. Ignite is for when someone trys to escape and your on your own.

people might disagree with me on these because they are flat number runes, but they are all you need because you end up really tanky and the runes are to dominate early game with not being able to be killed you can harass and stay in lane longer. the gold per tens are essential with the gold per five items so you can actually tank and not have to worry about last hits and getting the kills.
