The point with the build is to kill ppl before they see you. You are more vulnerable, but Alpha leap makes you untargetable for the duration. Which is a big part of this build.

Madreds is actually kinda situational. Also your build has no defensivie items.

Noticed that some comments and changes have been deleted, probably due to mobefire downtime, but they have now been fixed and:
Infinity Edge replaces Madred's Bloodrazor in recommended build, thanks to the_biggest_yi_pro for the tip.
Didn't think about the fact that this build is a crit build, and Infinity Edge is of course an important part of any crit build.

I somewhat agree with the boots, they are just a personal preference as they give early game attack speed.
I've mentioned the Infinity Edge in the Item section of the build, saying that it's a pure damage item that will obliterate low armour enemies. The build however is not focused on crit, you just get alot as Yi scales good with it.

Not so bad as on mobafire, however if you focus on crit I would go Infinity edge instead of madred's, I suggest you switch greaves to other boots.
