Idea of this is that you get a little bit of everything, at max level you get capped 2.5 attack speed when you stack guisoos, plus you get chance of crit, and spectral waltz and rage gives you extra ms to catch up to any slippery targets, and 30% CDR, with utility lethality and nightstalker which can help you play as an assassin type and take out the enemy carries. IDK if this is actually good I just theory-crafted this in practice tool for fun and I wanted to hear ppls thoughts about this
