You don't have anything like the attack speed Yi needs early game. Wuju style gives attack damage, so early game you should get some real attack speed going on. Why do you sidespec your masteries into defence, when as an end game carry Yi is desperate for any level advantage and so really needs the experience from utility? Yi has enough damage without needing ignite (except situationally against healing teams). You have no runes recommended for blues or yellows when there are obvious choices, and I would recommend more lifesteal than just one bloodthirster for endgame. Ad yi is very weak early on in the laning phase, and as you start with 3 health pots anyway, why not use him in the jungle where he snowballs very well, takes the dragon very early on, and any over extender is dead as long as you have red buff?
