Ok, i actually thought about Rylai's and gave Archangel's Staff a chance. I still think that Rylai's is viable on Lux. Nevertheless I put Archangel's Staff in my core build. Edited my item section for this reason. Hope you like it. ;)

i promised to vote for your guide. here i am. i tested your build and did quite well. anyway i am still not sure about rylais. i played with archangels staff (early tear) and for me that worked better. so you might think about changing your item section.
