Spells:
Ignite
Teleport
Ability Order
Nimble Fighter (PASSIVE)

Explanation of build choices.
Point into E first to dodge enemy abilities and close distance.
2nd level into Q to close distance, move away from enemies, etc.
3rd level into W to up damage and work in your ap more.
When you get your ult, use it to join in team fights with other AOE champ abilities. Also, great to use to escape if you're cornered somewhere.
Chose the masteries and runes to give a good mix of damage and cd for early game so you can get kills at mid/when ganking and then be fed/stronger later on.
