Runes, masteries, coding, introduction, structure, conclusion etc.

This is incredibly short. Looks like no effort was put into it. The item build looks okay but runes are wrong. It's armor pen marks and AD quints, not the other way around.

Looks unfinished and there is not a single bbcode. Looks bare. 2nd build seems unreliable & people would get severely punished for using it. Put some more effort into this and bbcode it. This is noway near the standards of the a top mf build.

Rarely will you see anyone use your second build.
