First, even if you want to be aggressive, not having any defensive runes is really bad on a support.

is bad for you because you build no mana items, so its basically useless, try going for or instead.

Your order is quite messed up, laning phase first and then items and runes, what is the logic?

Big walls of text that people will feel super lazy to read. Try reading this BB Code Guide and try to make use of some coding, code is not to make things pretty, but to make them easier to read.

I only made it through the first chapter. It's a wall of text, and not well arranged. You seem to ramble. Organize your content into more digestible bits. Try using some formatting to spice it up and highlight information.
