I'm a morgana player and I just want to say that your item build lacks damage. I personally think getting a rabadons is the best way to go. For me, i build a roa, zonyas, then a rabadons which gives you a lot of damage and your shield will be really strong. Its an okay guide, but you didn't explain well about the laning. Using q and w to get them gets harder as you get higher in elo and is easy to counter (hide behind minions). Using w for harass and cs at the same time is probably the best way to go if they don't get into open space. Just my opinion.

Hey. By this build i made self centered char. I dint look at a team really. If u wanna do that take 2 points from utility mastery and put it in what u suggested. Alsow dont take blue buff. Leave it for some1 else. U will be than slower but still important for a team. More cerefull.

I still believe that more XP is more important. Its not a must though. I tryed different builds and different masteries. I feel comfortable with this ones that dont bust my mana.

W on lvl3 takes out minion wave. So that is enough to level. Ur Q will deal a lot of damage and its kinda initiator in a fight. Thats the reason why i level it first.

I dont play any other AP champs. I played few just to see what can i expect plaing against them with Morgana. I play Wukong, Leona and Skarner vexcept for Morgana. Im still gathering runes and i dont plan to play any other champs unless im 100% confident plaing them.

I just bought Morgana and was reading and trying different builds. You of course know there are plentiful of good arguments to support and contradict your build. I want you to consider a few; by the way I do like Build 1.

First, if you take Clarity, why not silence your team by giving them mana to score a kill when they would've otherwise recalled. So put a mastery point in Insight.

Secondly, and this one is debatable by your personal experience, since you don't have mana-related items, why not throw the four level 2 mastery points in Expanded Mind rather than Awareness. I don't see faster leveling in your build having a higher payoff than the base mana bonus.

Third, as a support, especially in ranked games, knowing where the enemy champions are is vital for survivability. Ranked play is very unforgiving to mistakes and players will always be doing something, and doing it quickly. If any build doesn't allow room for picking up multiple wards every recall, then one might not be creep scoring very well. That would also be a poor indicator of your W spell usage. Whatever the case though, Clairvoyance is a global ward. The short duration is balanced well with a short cooldown and its global ability. If you try it, don't forget to pull a mastery point from Quickness to put in Mystical Vision.
