9lvl upgrade your trinket so you wont need sightstone.
Crystal scepter and mask is your essential items debuffing enemys in teamfight.
When all items collected you can sell frostfang and buy something accordig to situation in game.
Also with this build you can go mid or top ,only change frostfang into Rod of Ages.
Still didn't found any mage champion wich could counter me in mid
