This build just seems very random to me. Black shield that early seems pretty pointless imo. Exhaust seems very unecessary you have your ult and DB also meki at the beginning and 2 mana potions? If u want mana get clarity and drop exh. I do agree with zhonyas but i feel there are more important things to get before it. Also nashors tooth just made it seem like u didnt know what to add next. AS is just bad for morgana as you shouldnt auto attack like at all. Idk i think you need to take some more time to look at all possible selections and importance of items. Ive actually been tinkering around with morgana and adjusting my build slightly. I actually dont get the soul shround anymore instead i replace it with GA. When i get a chance i will update my build as to why and where i get it and correct the order i get items in.

Really informative and a pretty good built my only problem with it is getting soul shroud last. Being on how squishy morgana is ( and she is squishy she just has good get away spells) I think Soul Shroud really helps out in that instance. THought i see you are going more of a damage output built. I would Rather you go Soul Shroud 2nd or at the very least 3rd.
