Im only using these builds instead of the usual AP burst is because I (myself, me, uhuh, yes, little silver elo me)dont enjoy building mage items as I believe they are too expensive and dependant on snowballing or being ahead, which isnt possible every game. I also believe Morgana is at an akward spot with her kit, shes in this weird space between a backline mage who lands CCs, and being forced to walk up to properly use her ulti. The Solari + Bandlepipes + Rylai's give you enough health to do just that, and the peel build gives you another utility as your damage gets converted into Helia stacks and encourages you to stay more in the backline.
